Graphic Designer, SMM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Develop captivating banners, graphics, and various visual content for social media platforms.

• Produce and enhance visuals using AI tools, integrating them into refined, high-quality marketing creatives.

• Ensure a cohesive visual style and brand identity across all social media marketing materials.

• Design, adapt, and manage templates for different social media formats and content requirements.

• Collaborate closely with social media marketing managers and the creative team to create and deliver visual content.

• Introduce innovative ideas and investigate AI tools and workflows to enhance the quality and efficiency of visual production.

• Prepare design materials based on project briefs and guarantee timely completion of all deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally focusing on social media content.

• Excellent skills in Adobe Photoshop and Figma.

• Basic familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is advantageous.

• Practical experience with AI image generation tools is essential.

• Capability to incorporate AI-generated assets into production-ready designs.

• Knowledge of prompting techniques and AI-assisted creative workflows.

• Strong foundation in typography, composition, and color theory.

• Awareness of current trends in social media and AI-generated visuals.

• Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

• Keen attention to detail with a consistent ability to deliver high-quality work punctually.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, articulate ideas clearly, and respond constructively to feedback.

• Previous experience in the gaming, gambling, betting, or a similar digital industry is a plus.

• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with 3D design and related tools is a bonus.
