This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess and revise the existing structure and materials for college-level Visual Communications courses.

• Analyze and implement suggested modifications to the current course framework.

• Ensure course learning outcomes and competencies are accurate and in line with contemporary health informatics standards.

• Edit sections focused on skill development and organize topics related to electronic health records, health data management, and healthcare IT systems.

• Review and enhance assignment prompts and grading rubrics.

• Assess the quality and accuracy of existing multiple-choice questions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree or higher in Applied Philosophy/Ethics, with the capability to teach ethical reasoning at an introductory, non-technical college level.

• Proficient in the use of generative AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot.

• Knowledgeable about the ethical issues and regulations associated with generative AI.

• Experience in teaching at the college or university level.

• Background in creating, updating, or revising college or university courses.

• A Master's degree or higher in graphic design, visual communication design, communication studies, rhetoric, media studies, or journalism; OR

• A Bachelor's degree in one of these fields along with a Master's in a closely related discipline; OR

• A Bachelor's degree in design coupled with 3+ years of professional design experience.
