This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assess and revise the current structure and materials of college-level Visual Communications courses.

• Analyze and implement suggested updates to the course framework.

• Review the learning outcomes and competencies of the course to ensure they are accurate and aligned with contemporary standards.

• Edit sections focused on skills development and organize topics including electronic health records, health data management, and healthcare IT systems.

• Evaluate and enhance response assignment prompts and their corresponding rubrics.

• Assess existing multiple-choice questions for quality and precision.

• Collaborate with curriculum designers to produce high-quality course materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A master's degree or higher in graphic design, visual communication design, communication studies, rhetoric, media studies, or journalism; OR a bachelor's degree in one of these areas plus a master's in a closely related field; OR a bachelor's degree in design with over 3 years of professional design experience.

• Proficient in using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot.

• Understanding of the ethical considerations and regulations surrounding generative AI.

• Experience in teaching courses at a college or university level.

• Familiarity with the creation, updating, or revision of college-level courses.

• A master's degree or higher in Applied Philosophy/Ethics, with the capability to teach ethical reasoning at an introductory, non-technical college level.

• Experience with accessibility standards, copyright, fair use, and issues related to AI-generated imagery is a plus.
