Motion Graphics Designer – Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality motion graphics and video content tailored for digital, social, and multimedia platforms.

• Create and animate assets for product launches, marketing campaigns, explanatory videos, and storytelling initiatives.

• Enhance brand representation through animation techniques, pacing, typography, color, sound, and visual effects.

• Produce striking and polished motion content that adheres to Medtronic's brand standards and compliance requirements.

• Assist with static design tasks as necessary to maintain a unified visual identity.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions, project kick-offs, and concept development meetings to share ideas.

• Manage the entire motion graphics production process: from concept creation and animation to editing, version control, and final delivery.

• Work collaboratively with designers, editors, and other creatives to ensure cohesive storytelling.

• Communicate effectively and professionally, fostering a culture of excellence and problem-solving.

• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all motion graphics outputs.

• Adhere to established animation guidelines, creative workflows, and asset management protocols.

• Assess work for visual quality, technical accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, or Fine Arts.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or video production.

• An online portfolio showcasing your work to date.

• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Proven experience in applying animation principles, pacing, transitions, kinetic typography, and visual storytelling.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt motion content for social media, digital formats, web, and presentation platforms.
