Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Produce high-quality visual materials that adhere to established guidelines and brand standards.

• Evaluate and critique current graphic assets, offering actionable recommendations for enhancement and improvement.

• Develop digital illustrations, layouts, and graphics for a variety of applications.

• Record and convey creative decisions, methodologies, and design rationales effectively.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders through both written and verbal communication.

• Engage in iterative feedback processes, refining and optimizing graphic outputs.

• Keep files and deliverables organized for smooth project transitions and downstream use.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced expertise in industry-standard graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in digital, print, and/or branding projects.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, focusing on clarity and proactive teamwork.

• Experience in providing constructive feedback and design critiques within collaborative settings.

• Solid understanding of contemporary design trends, visual storytelling, and user-centered design principles.

• Capability to manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and work autonomously in a remote environment.

• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data-driven design processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
