Freelance Graphic Designer – AI Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate design samples based on typography, visual hierarchy, design execution, color, layout, and overall refinement.

• Adhere to detailed rubrics to ensure consistency in ratings across a large volume of design samples.

• Detect imperfections in slides, ranging from minor font-size discrepancies to significant issues that necessitate complete reconstruction.

• Modify flawed slides by referencing other samples to enhance overall cohesion.

• Highlight edge cases and ambiguous examples.

• Assess and edit provided samples instead of creating original designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background in design or arts (degree or certificate).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a graphic designer, social media marketing specialist, or marketing professional.

• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and overall design efficacy.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain concentration during repetitive tasks.

• Willingness to receive feedback and make necessary adjustments.

• Experience in design review, art direction, or quality assurance (preferred).

• Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other contemporary design tools (preferred).

• Prior experience in data annotation or AI training (preferred).
