📋 Description

• Develop design deliverables for digital platforms, print materials, social media, and campaign assets in accordance with established brand guidelines.

• Implement visual concepts across websites, presentations, print items, and marketing collateral.

• Prepare files that are ready for production and collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality print results.

• Assist in art direction by converting strategic briefs into refined, production-ready designs.

• Work in partnership with internal teams (design, brand, marketing) and external collaborators to produce on-brand materials.

• Maintain consistency and meticulous attention to detail across all design outputs.

• Oversee multiple design projects concurrently, adhering to deadlines while ensuring high-quality execution.

• Update and enhance brand guidelines, templates, and digital asset repositories.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio that highlights strong work in digital, marketing, and brand design.

• Expertise in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with motion graphics, AI, and 3D tools is advantageous.

• A solid grasp of design principles including layout, typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.

• Proven experience in executing brand guidelines and managing digital design workflows.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, collaborate effectively, and work independently when required.

• Familiarity with web design principles; basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus.

• Experience in the fintech sector or regulated industries is an added advantage.
