Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop illustrations and visual assets for various teams within Flipper.

• Produce internal visual materials for different departments throughout the company.

• Create HR-related designs, including visual content for job advertisements.

• Design and format presentations for internal use.

• Create, document, and uphold the company’s design style guide.

• Generate visual content tailored for social media platforms.

• Assist with specific design tasks related to products as required.

• Address ad hoc design requests from various teams within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional hand-drawing and illustration abilities, without dependence on AI-generated imagery.

• Strong visual perception and a keen sense of aesthetics.

• Capability to rapidly explore and create diverse visual concepts and variations.

• Practical approach to design; AI should serve as a support tool, not a replacement for the designer’s own creativity.

• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

• English proficiency at B1–B2 level.

• A portfolio link must be included with the application.
