Freelance Graphic Designer – AI Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Evaluate design samples based on typography, visual hierarchy, design execution, color, layout, and overall quality.

• Adhere to specific rubrics to ensure consistent evaluations across large quantities of design samples.

• Detect imperfections in slides, ranging from minor flaws to significant issues that necessitate complete reconstruction.

• Revise defective slides by referencing other slides to enhance coherence.

• Identify edge cases and ambiguous examples.

• Assess and modify provided samples rather than producing original designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background in design or the arts (degree or certificate).

• Over 2 years of experience as a graphic designer, social media marketing specialist, or marketing expert.

• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and overall design effectiveness.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to concentrate during repetitive tasks.

• Willingness to accept feedback and make adjustments.

• Experience in design review, art direction, or quality assurance (preferred).

• Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other contemporary design software (preferred).

• Previous experience in data annotation or AI training (preferred).
