Freelance Graphic Designer – AI Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Evaluate design samples based on typography, visual hierarchy, execution, color, layout, and overall refinement.

• Adhere to specific guidelines to ensure uniform ratings across a large volume of design submissions.

• Detect defects in slides, ranging from minor font-size discrepancies to significant issues that necessitate complete reconstruction.

• Revise flawed slides by using other slides as benchmarks to enhance overall cohesion.

• Highlight edge cases and ambiguous examples.

• Assess and modify given samples instead of generating original designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in design or the arts (degree or certification).

• Over 2 years of experience as a graphic designer, social media marketing specialist, or in a marketing role.

• Comprehensive understanding of composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and overall design effectiveness.

• Outstanding attention to detail and the capacity to maintain concentration during repetitive tasks.

• Willingness to accept feedback and adjust accordingly.

• Experience in design review, art direction, or quality assurance (preferred).

• Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other contemporary design tools (preferred).

• Previous experience in data annotation or AI training (preferred).
