Freelance Graphic Designer – AI Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate design samples based on typography, visual hierarchy, design execution, color, layout, and overall quality.

• Adhere to comprehensive rubrics to ensure consistent assessments across a large volume of design samples.

• Detect issues within slides, ranging from minor font-size adjustments to significant redesign requirements.

• Revise problematic slides by referencing other designs to enhance overall cohesion.

• Highlight edge cases and ambiguous examples.

• Assess and modify existing samples instead of creating new designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in design or arts (degree or certificate).

• Over 2 years of experience as a graphic designer, social media marketing specialist, or in a marketing role.

• Profound understanding of composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and overall design efficacy.

• Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to maintain concentration during repetitive tasks.

• Willingness to accept feedback and make adjustments accordingly.

• Experience in design review, art direction, or quality assurance (preferred).

• Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other contemporary design tools (preferred).

• Previous experience in data annotation or AI training (preferred).
