Graphic Designer – AI-first

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Utilize AI tools to enhance ideation, concept creation, and production processes

• Craft brand identities, logos, and comprehensive visual identity systems

• Develop marketing materials such as social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and campaign assets

• Produce print and digital designs across various formats and platforms

• Create presentation decks, pitch materials, and corporate communications

• Handle multiple projects while ensuring quality and meeting deadlines

• Collaborate with project managers and team members to grasp briefs and provide design solutions

• Transform ideas into refined, production-ready outputs

• Modify existing designs for new sizes, formats, and channels

• Ensure brand consistency across all interactions

• Assess feedback and implement revisions swiftly and professionally

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, typography, layout, and best practices in visual communication

• Clearly communicate progress and maintain project momentum

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in graphic design

• Proficiency in AI tools is essential

• Must be adept in using AI creative tools as part of the standard design workflow

• Strong portfolio showcasing work in brand identity, marketing, and digital design

• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other pertinent tools

• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy

• Capability to manage several projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Experience with clients, agencies, or white-label projects is preferred

• Comfortable working independently in a remote and flexible setting

• Availability to collaborate during EST working hours

• Submission of resume and portfolio is required

• A brief note on experience with AI tools is required

• A concise explanation of managing multiple projects and deadlines is required
