This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create innovative and original ideas for corporate projects.
• Design and produce both print and digital materials, including presentations, technical and conceptual web graphics, as well as interactive marketing and print assets.
• Collaborate with the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing to develop creative concepts for corporate initiatives and brand enhancement.
• Explore new design techniques and mediums, providing training to fellow designers on these new processes.
• Coordinate with event planners and external vendors for the creation and production of materials for conferences and trade shows.
• Design and manage prospect websites, which includes graphic development, regular updates, usability assessments, and traffic analysis.
• Create technical and conceptual graphics, charts, and flowcharts for presentations and proposals using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
• Develop traditional, video, and interactive multimedia presentations.
• Design and layout print and electronic promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, emails, and corporate and product presentations.
• Oversee the management, coordination, and assistance in the printing process, including blue lines, color proofs, and press checks.
• Manage the slide/content library.
• Communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• Contribute to the organization’s quality programs.
• A minimum of six (6) years of experience in graphic/web design or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in graphic and photo editing software.
• Solid understanding of web technologies.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
• Proficient in PC operations, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
• Ability to function effectively within a team environment.
