This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct routine monitoring of water quality, which includes temperature assessments, tank evaluations, sampling, and verification of remedial actions.

• Assist in performing Legionella risk assessments and undertaking site surveys.

• Enhance understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidelines.

• Aid in the creation of precise, comprehensive reports, site documentation, and schematic representations of water systems.

• Recognize potential hazards and suggest suitable remedial measures with the necessary training and support.

• Effectively manage workload and maintain communication with clients and on-site teams.

• Provide support for additional services, such as ventilation assessments and indoor air quality monitoring, following appropriate training.

• Visit diverse client properties and, when necessary, stay overnight.

⛳️ Requirements

• A graduate, preferably holding a degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Health, Building Services, Engineering, Science, or a related field.

• Previous experience in water monitoring, Legionella management, or water treatment is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capability to produce clear and precise written documentation.

• Well-organized and self-driven.

• Comfortable working independently and willing to travel frequently to various client locations.

• A full driving license is a prerequisite.
