Graduate Pharmacovigilance Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assist in the gathering, evaluation, and processing of adverse event data in compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations and company protocols.

• Aid in the preparation and submission of safety reports to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt and precise communication of safety information.

• Help develop and maintain pharmacovigilance documentation, which includes standard operating procedures and safety management plans.

• Engage in training and development initiatives to enhance knowledge of pharmacovigilance practices and regulatory obligations.

• Operate within a sponsor-dedicated model, leveraging ICON’s global expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related discipline.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively in a team setting.

• A basic understanding of pharmacovigilance principles and regulatory guidelines is preferred but not mandatory; relevant training will be provided.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 10%).
