Google Ads & Local Services Ads Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Establish, initiate, and enhance Google LSA accounts from inception to completion

• Address verification delays, suspensions, and performance challenges, collaborating with Google Support until resolution

• Develop, oversee, and refine Google Search, Performance Max, and Display campaigns

• Perform keyword analysis, construct campaign frameworks, and compose ad copy that drives conversions

• Administer client budgets ranging from $2,000 to $5,000 monthly while minimizing unnecessary expenditures

• Review recorded lead calls, assess lead quality, and file LSA disputes when applicable

• Monitor and enhance CPL, qualified lead volume, and CAC

• Generate weekly internal updates, monthly performance summaries, and Looker Studio dashboards

• Collaborate closely with the Head of the Google Division and the internal account management team

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth practical experience with Google Local Services Ads (essential)

• Demonstrated history of setting up LSA accounts and navigating Google’s verification and screening processes (licensing, insurance, background checks)

• Background in managing Google Ads campaigns for home service industries (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, remodeling, electrical, or similar)

• Strong expertise in Google Search campaigns, bidding techniques, keywords, and negative keywords

• Experience in direct collaboration with Google Support to resolve account-related issues

• Familiarity with reviewing recorded calls and assessing lead quality

• Comprehensive understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, and Google Tag Manager

• Excellent analytical abilities (CPL, qualified lead volume, CAC)

• Capacity to independently manage multiple accounts with meticulous attention to detail

• Proficient written English communication skills

• Preferred: Experience with Google Ads Editor, Performance Max, Display/remarketing, GoHighLevel, Looker Studio, and call tracking
