This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead and implement the global commercial sales strategy to achieve and surpass corporate ARR goals.
• Oversee global pipeline generation, international market expansion, and rapid deal execution.
• Design, execute, and continually enhance scalable, metrics-focused sales playbooks for SMB and Mid-Market sectors.
• Reduce sales cycles and boost conversion rates.
• Recruit, cultivate, and motivate a multi-regional team of Account Executives and sales professionals.
• Foster a cohesive high-performance culture centered on activity, accountability, and sales excellence.
• Position Dot Compliance as a leading QMS option for pharma, biotech, and medical device firms globally.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations on international inbound/outbound go-to-market strategies.
• Enhance lead routing and progress from MQL to closed-won.
• Establish accurate forecasting and effective pipeline management practices across global markets.
• Utilize revenue tools to give executive leadership visibility into transactional volume and market performance.
• Extensive knowledge of the Quality and Life Sciences sector.
• Strong comprehension of the operations of international pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies, including FDA, EMA, and GxP regulatory and compliance challenges.
• Over 10 years of professional sales experience.
• Significant experience in B2B SaaS commercial sales leadership on a global level.
• Proven track record in developing and executing repeatable sales processes for SMB and Mid-Market transactional deals.
• Experience in building, scaling, and overseeing high-performing global sales teams, including remote and international groups.
• Background in leading managers and second-line leaders while nurturing leadership talent.
• Capability to formulate long-term global revenue strategies and coach representatives on negotiation, qualification, and closing techniques.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in articulating complex regulatory technology value propositions across various cultures and buyer personas.
• Based on the East Coast, preferably near Boston, NJ/NY, or the Research Triangle.
• Established relationships with Quality, IT, and Operations decision-makers within SMB and Mid-Market Life Science companies globally (a plus).
• Experience navigating early-to-mid stage startup environments during rapid international scaling phases (a plus).
• Familiarity with Salesforce-centric go-to-market strategies (a plus).
