This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients

• Serve as a reliable technical consultant throughout the customer journey

• Discover new business opportunities and guide them through the entire sales process

• Assist customers with technical exploration, solution implementation, and cloud usage

• Foster long-lasting customer relationships while promoting retention and business expansion

• Keep precise CRM records and ensure exceptional pipeline management

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent in Dutch (C1/C2)

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• Customer-focused mindset coupled with strong problem-solving skills

• Proficient computer skills

• Team-oriented individual with a positive outlook

• High School Diploma required

• EU Passport/ID or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit necessary

• Must be a resident of a country within the European Union

• CV must be submitted in English
