Chief Technology Officer – Customer-Centric Business Development, FinTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Define the technological vision and convert emerging technology trends into products that are customer-centric.

• Take ownership of the technology roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on criteria driven by data impact.

• Independently lead discussions with C-level executives and articulate the technical value propositions.

• Identify customer use cases and transform them into profitable business models.

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the founders and CEO, contributing to the shaping of the company’s strategic direction.

• Establish and evaluate KPIs to determine subsequent actions.

• Adopt a hands-on approach to implementing ideas while guiding the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in roles such as CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar within the FinTech or banking industries.

• Extensive knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs (REST, GraphQL), and AI/ML technologies.

• Demonstrable experience in C-level technology sales and business development.

• Proficiency in both German and English (C1 level).

• Hands-on mentality: you implement ideas directly while managing the team.

• Industry expertise in banking and FinTech.

• Openness to engage in customer-oriented communication with senior decision-makers.
