📋 Description

• Supervise the management of clinical trial workstreams, ensuring that deliverables align with quality standards and timeline expectations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective strategies for clinical trial enrollment.

• Develop and execute comprehensive clinical trial protocols in partnership with cross-functional teams.

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

• Analyze and interpret clinical trial data, identifying trends and offering insights to enhance study outcomes.

• Proactively tackle challenges and implement effective solutions to ensure successful execution of clinical trials.

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to cultivate strong partnerships and facilitate seamless trial processes.

• Manage competing priorities and develop the capabilities of the team.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
