This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Drive and execute Workday Adaptive Planning functionalities for sales planning, including territory and quota allocation.
• Collaborate with external implementation vendors to provide training on company processes and ensure all requirements are met during onboarding.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Operations to curate Sales Planning tool views for fiscal-year planning analysis.
• Analyze, validate, and interpret data outputs through dashboarding, modeling, and data visualization methods.
• Create data products and views for planning and target setting across Revenue Operations and Genesys teams.
• Oversee and facilitate regional reporting needs.
• Eliminate duplicated efforts and utilize centrally generated dashboards and reports.
• Gather business reporting needs and integrate them into global reporting initiatives.
• Reconcile data from multiple sources and assist in automating analytics that support planning.
• Deliver insights regarding program and investment effectiveness and track progress against planning assumptions.
• Establish a globally consistent cadence planning calendar in collaboration with the Global Planning Lead.
• Integrate hierarchy modifications and strategic initiatives into the planning framework.
• Create a uniform cross-functional vocabulary and implement a globally consistent capacity model.
• Align outputs and insights with corporate strategic objectives and Finance’s budgeting processes.
• Develop and curate management reporting templates and dashboards.
• Mentor and empower stakeholders to extract insights and drive actions from analytics.
• Manage projects and adapt to the preferences of stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Knowledge of sales processes, quota & territory modeling, target setting, and compensation structures.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including PowerBI, advanced formulas, financial modeling, and PowerPoint.
• Strong expertise in SQL; familiarity with SOQL is an advantage.
• Experience in automating workflows using ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce workflows, Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau, and executing SQL queries.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in analytics, operations, or a planning-related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a history of presenting to senior management.
• Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into written application and operational specifications.
