This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the continuous administration of all elements related to domestic relocation programs.

• Assist in RFP initiatives and the creation of enterprise policies, procedures, and processes.

• Provide exceptional customer service that reflects corporate culture and supports program strategies.

• Initiate relocation services promptly.

• Oversee policy exceptions while ensuring compliance with FAR/IRS guidelines.

• Collaborate with Staffing, Payroll, Accounting, Procurement, Information Systems, household goods carriers, and other external service providers.

• Ensure adherence to program specifications, relocation policies, procedures, and FAR/IRS regulations.

• Aid the management team with benchmark studies, industry trend analyses, and special projects.

• Offer comprehensive relocation counseling and information in line with company policies and procedures.

• Create and conduct in-house training sessions for business partners.

• Uphold high performance standards related to the domestic relocation function.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant relocation experience OR a Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant relocation experience.

• An Associate’s Degree with at least 7 years of relevant relocation experience OR a High School Diploma with a minimum of 9 years of relevant relocation experience may be accepted in lieu of education.

• Proven experience in corporate relocation, domestic relocation, or service industry relocation is required.

• Familiarity with homesale programs, including Buyer Value Option (BVO) and Guaranteed Buyout Option (GBO).

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational, planning, and execution capabilities.

• Ability to communicate decisions effectively to employees and service providers.

• High proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• U.S. citizenship is necessary for positions requiring government clearance and certain other restricted roles.

• Preferred: Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and/or Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations.

• Preferred: Knowledge of international relocations.

• Preferred: Background in real estate.

• Preferred: Experience with process mapping tools.
