Global Quality Assurance Manager

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of designated global quality system initiatives aimed at enhancing compliance and fostering uniform quality practices across various sites.

• Collaborate with process owners and site teams to establish practical, risk-based processes that bolster customer satisfaction, product quality, and business expansion.

• Execute agreed-upon quality enhancements and aid manufacturing excellence efforts.

• Monitor project milestones, facilitate process harmonization, support change adoption, and report performance metrics along with suggestions for improvements.

• Raise concerns regarding issues that impact priorities, policies, compliance risks, or resource availability to the line manager and quality leadership.

• Assist in the development, execution, and upkeep of assigned Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.

• Gather inputs for Management Reviews and follow up on designated actions.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality-related costs, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and recommend corrective measures.

• Aid in the harmonization and standardization efforts across global healthcare sites.

• Exchange knowledge between sites, gather site-level feedback, and suggest best-practice solutions.

• Continuously enhance processes and tools that support quality and compliance activities.

• Collaborate with process owners and Corporate IT to define requirements, conduct testing, implement solutions, and provide user support.

• Assist with change management and communication initiatives; create communication and training resources.

• Monitor the adoption of approved processes and tools, escalating any implementation challenges.

• Support the standardization, simplification, and harmonization of procedures and processes.

• Coordinate document reviews and manage implementations through the approval and change control processes.

• Oversee and support assigned team members and project resources.

• Set tasks and objectives, plan workloads, identify training needs, and escalate any capacity issues.
