This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
β’ Act as a vital team member ensuring that project managers and delivery teams function with optimal efficiency, financial integrity, and compliance.
β’ Oversee the financial and documentation aspects of technical real estate projects as a subject matter expert and primary contact for essential program functions.
β’ Prepare, issue, and oversee vendor work orders in collaboration with regional project teams.
β’ Approve vendor invoices in Corrigo upon work completion and verify invoices against Task Order scope and PO amounts.
β’ Keep current and accessible Top Line Service Management and Regional Project Delivery task orders.
β’ Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding programmatic financial and contract management.
β’ Maintain and improve playbooks, MOPs, training materials, systems, and group access management.
β’ Organize schedules, site access, and vendor badging.
β’ Participate in weekly remediation sync calls and vendor meetings to manage partnerships and monitor project progress.
β’ Identify and apply process efficiencies with project delivery teams and service lines.
β’ Address planned and unplanned time-sensitive requests.
β’ Lead or assist in preparing financial, operational, and client-facing reports.
β’ Conduct comprehensive project audits, financial reconciliations, and operational assessments.
β’ Maintain essential deliverables and documents for program records.
β’ Track project reporting data sheets for timely updates.
β’ Document and optimize complex financial and administrative processes.
β’ A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required, or equivalent professional certification or extensive relevant work experience (5+ years) may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
β’ At least 3+ years of progressive experience in program and project management delivery, financial coordination, or construction/technical administration.
β’ Demonstrated expertise in managing project budgets, invoicing, purchase orders, and intricate financial reconciliation within ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards, as well as work order systems like Corrigo.
β’ Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities.
β’ Capacity to swiftly comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex financial or operational documents, resolving high-stakes issues with agility and adaptability.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to internal partners.
β’ High degree of accuracy and dedication to data and document integrity.
