📋 Description

• Oversee and manage project activities effectively.

• Facilitate the delivery of project and program management.

• Address issues and enhance team capabilities.

• Create and oversee comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.

• Lead cross-functional project teams while promoting communication and collaboration.

• Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and execute corrective measures.

• Engage with stakeholders, manage expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with project and organizational objectives.

• Prepare and deliver project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

• A bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Extensive experience in project management and leading teams.

• Demonstrated success in managing projects from start to finish while delivering within scope, deadlines, and budget limitations.

• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

• Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 30% of the time.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
