This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the global assessment workflow, which includes PIA, TIA, DPIA, and the annual BPDA/RoPA assessment cycles.
• Execute intake processes, evaluate risks, and develop as well as implement remediation action plans across various business lines.
• Offer privacy-by-design guidance to product development teams and escalate legal-judgment inquiries to the Chief Counsel.
• Manage data subject rights operations, covering intake, verification, fulfillment, recordkeeping, and directing controller-side requests to relevant customers.
• Maintain records of processing activities and data mapping.
• Coordinate retention operations in alignment with records management and data governance policies.
• Oversee the vendor privacy program, which includes conducting privacy assessments, risk tiering, and managing data processing agreement workflows.
• Lead privacy training initiatives and awareness campaigns while developing internal support tools.
• Establish and nurture the privacy network across business lines.
• Administer the Securiti.ai privacy management platform and manage program KPIs.
• Prepare program reports for the Chief Counsel and governance committees.
• Coordinate resources for contractors and interns, and assist with program budget tracking.
• Deliver scheduled work outputs through structured project management methodologies.
• Collaborate with the external German DPO.
• Assist with works council arrangements and correspondence with EU/UK regulators.
• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in privacy program management or privacy operations.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of assessment workflows (PIA/TIA/DPIA), data subject rights operations, records of processing, data mapping, vendor privacy reviews, and/or training delivery.
• In-depth operational knowledge of GDPR and UK GDPR.
• Familiarity with U.S. state privacy laws.
• Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to unite cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
• Proficiency with privacy management tools such as Securiti.ai, OneTrust, TrustArc, or similar platforms.
• Experience in program metrics analysis.
• Ability to execute in a structured, pragmatic manner within a lean, matrixed, multi-country environment.
