This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Support the commercial team by drafting and reviewing documentation, handling contract-related issues, conducting legal research, and managing ongoing commercial legal tasks.
• Perform legal research and analysis to bolster case strategies and achieve favorable client outcomes.
• Collaborate with attorneys to facilitate client communications.
• Organize and maintain legal documents and case files efficiently.
• Work within commercial pods and assist cross-functional teams with ongoing projects.
• Execute administrative tasks as necessary to enhance operational efficiency.
• A law degree with a solid understanding of legal principles and practices.
• Prior legal experience is essential.
• Experience in commercial law or supporting attorneys is highly preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Capability to independently organize tasks, manage competing deadlines, follow through on assignments, and recognize when attorney guidance or escalation is necessary.
• Comfortable working within a U.S. legal framework while applying international legal insights.
• Strong ability to accurately manage and organize large volumes of legal documents and data.
• Admission to the U.S. bar is not mandatory.
