Bilingual Immigration Declarations Writer – Paralegal, English-Spanish

📋 Description

• Drafting and obtaining client declarations.

• Creating middle-role legal packets, which include cover letters, correspondence, and forms, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and well-structured based on templates and case specifics.

• Conducting research and gathering information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• At least 6 months of experience in humanitarian immigration cases (VAWA, T Visa, U Visa, Family Based).

• Proficient in taking declarations and drafting legal documents.

• Basic understanding of immigration legal documents, processes, and workflows.

• Proven ability to write clearly, concisely, and accurately.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.

• Strong proficiency in drafting, grammar, syntax, and legal style.

• Capability to work collaboratively within a team setting.

• Excellent client communication skills, demonstrating clarity, empathy, and professionalism.

• High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.

• Ability to quickly grasp new processes, workflows, and legal concepts.

• Client-oriented mindset with an understanding of humanitarian cases.
