Litigation Paralegal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Support attorneys in the preparation of civil litigation cases for trial

• Collaborate with clients to obtain discovery documents

• Analyze discovery materials

• Compose motions, discovery responses, and various legal documents

• Draft and issue subpoenas

• Arrange independent medical examinations

• Examine medical records and summarize key details

• Assist in trial preparation

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation

• Experience in insurance defense is advantageous

• Paralegal certificate or a related degree is preferred but not mandatory

• Excellent organizational skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment
