This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead and enhance operational technology (OT) security best practices throughout the global manufacturing portfolio.
• Drive segmentation between IT and OT, implement micro-segmentation, maintain asset inventory, ensure continuous monitoring, and establish remote access controls.
• Take ownership of the OT security strategy, architecture, and platform roadmap.
• Prioritize and sequence the delivery of capabilities related to segmentation, monitoring, asset visibility, and associated technologies.
• Have the final approval authority for significant architectural decisions and the associated acceptance of risk.
• Collaborate with global security functions, Chief Information Officers (CIOs), and technology teams within operating companies.
• Align enterprise security priorities with the execution strategies of operating companies.
• Integrate security controls into manufacturing settings.
• Draft enterprise OT security policies, standards, and technical guidance.
• Provide technical oversight to engineering and platform teams.
• Conduct security assessments based on established OT security frameworks.
• Identify and address control gaps.
• Monitor cyber threats specific to manufacturing and emerging tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) of adversaries.
• Convert threat intelligence and risk insights into defensive priorities, control enhancements, and investment decisions.
• Offer senior technical leadership to a team of engineering leads.
• Over 15 years of experience in OT or industrial control system (ICS) security, industrial network engineering, or manufacturing cybersecurity.
• Proven experience in establishing technical strategies, governance, and security programs across multi-site industrial environments.
• Capability to function as both a business and technology leader.
• Experience in partnering with CIOs, global security functions, and technology teams.
• Expertise in OT security architecture and best practices for manufacturing security.
• Familiarity with IT/OT segmentation, micro-segmentation, asset inventory, monitoring, Purdue Model/ISA-95 zone concepts, industrial DMZ design, and IT/OT boundary controls.
• Practical experience with OT security technologies for segmentation, asset visibility, and monitoring.
• Knowledge of OT/ICS environments and related cybersecurity frameworks.
• Experience in assessing industrial and manufacturing sites against IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, ISA-99, and CISA/NSA OT security guidance.
• Working knowledge of PLCs, DCS, SCADA, HMIs, historians, building management systems, OT protocols, and associated network dependencies.
• Experience in authoring and implementing OT security policies, standards, and technical guidelines across large-scale industrial organizations.
• Understanding of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) that target manufacturing and industrial environments.
