This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Oversee SuccessFactors-related initiatives, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
• Serve as the liaison between Global Process Owners, HRBPs, HR Operations, IT, and external vendors.
• Lead design and review sessions, acting as a key partner for HRIS infrastructure.
• Manage routine SuccessFactors updates in collaboration with the provider and internal stakeholders.
• Build and nurture internal and external relationships while providing support to teams within the area of responsibility.
• Act as the primary escalation point for SuccessFactors Talent-related issues.
• Define, document, and uphold standardized SuccessFactors processes.
• Guide HR teams in the ongoing optimization of Talent processes, interfaces, and other systems and modules.
• Coordinate requirement analysis and system enhancements with external vendors.
• Work in partnership with IT and vendors to monitor system performance, resolve issues, and ensure system reliability and availability.
• Identify opportunities for automation to minimize manual tasks and enhance efficiency.
• Develop and support initiatives for system enhancements.
• Create communication strategies, training materials, and user guides to promote adoption.
• A degree in Business Administration (with a focus on HR/IT), Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive work experience in HR, particularly in HR Service Delivery.
• Several years of experience with HR cloud solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM.
• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors Talent Suite, including EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation & Variable Pay, Performance & Goals, LMS, and Release Management.
• Proven experience in HRIT, digital transformation, and leading global projects.
• Practical experience in process and system design, including ownership responsibilities.
• Project management certification (PMP, Agile/Scrum) is advantageous.
• Exceptional interpersonal, consulting, and communication skills across diverse cultures.
• Strong customer service abilities in supporting HR team members.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills within the organization.
• Capability to simplify complex subjects and present them clearly to varied audiences.
• Strong problem-solving orientation focused on process optimization and standardization.
• Strategic thinker with the capacity to anticipate future requirements and plan for system evolution.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in German is a plus.
