Global HR Business Partner – CRO, Life Science Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to global businesses and leaders, converting objectives into HR strategies.

• Conduct capability gap assessments, succession planning, and talent strategy across a worldwide workforce.

• Develop global performance frameworks and implement retention and development strategies for pharmacovigilance and safety talent.

• Track global team engagement and respond effectively to employee feedback.

• Assist teams during restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, growth initiatives, and transformations.

• Provide support for compensation, HR analytics, reporting, and compliance with global policies.

• Collaborate directly with senior leadership in pharmacovigilance across various regions.

• Contribute to the development of teams, culture, and capabilities that support global drug safety monitoring.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner supporting multiple countries.

• Experience in CRO or the pharmaceutical industry is essential.

• Previous experience in pharmacovigilance is desirable.

• A degree or HR qualification (at least at the BA/BSc level) is required.

• Genuine comfort in operating across different time zones, cultures, and regional nuances.

• Proven experience in workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, leadership development, engagement, and change management.

• A data-informed and commercially aware approach, with the capability to translate people insights into actionable strategies.

• Familiarity with navigating organizational change and complex structures.

• Strong relationship-building abilities, with the credibility to provide counsel to senior stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel as necessary to maintain close ties with the business.
