This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Lead the global demand planning process across all channels, including retail, direct-to-consumer, commercial, and international markets.

• Create and sustain rolling demand forecasts at the SKU, channel, and regional levels.

• Integrate inputs from sales activities, marketing initiatives, seasonality, product launches, and promotional schedules into forecasting models.

• Implement inventory planning strategies that enhance service levels, inventory turnover, and working capital management.

• Collaborate with Operations leadership to oversee inventory-related financial performance and working capital goals.

• Track forecast accuracy, pinpoint variances, and consistently refine forecasting methodologies.

• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and key performance indicators, including forecast accuracy, fill rate, stockouts, and surplus inventory.

• Work alongside sales teams and external partners to grasp demand drivers and enhance visibility into forthcoming orders.

• Aid in new product launches through demand planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

• Collaborate with Finance and Operations leadership on revenue forecasting and inventory investment planning.

• Assist in creating scalable planning systems, processes, and standard operating procedures as the company expands.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, inventory management, or a similar field.

• Proven experience in forecasting across various sales channels, including retail/wholesale and direct-to-consumer.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Experience with ERP systems, planning tools, or forecasting software.

• Demonstrated ability to convert data into actionable business insights and recommendations.

• Experience collaborating with overseas manufacturing partners and managing lengthy lead-time supply chains.

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Ability to function both strategically and tactically in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

• Strong attention to detail and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
