Global Clinical Integration Lead – FSP EMEA

📋 Description

• Offer strategic project and program management assistance for intricate business development, integration, separation, and transition efforts within Clinical Operations.

• Introduce structure and drive momentum for complex, high-priority projects.

• Create clear roadmaps and synchronize activities across various functions.

• Oversee priorities, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders from Business Development, Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, and other pertinent functions.

• Represent Clinical Operations in high-level, cross-functional discussions.

• Convert broader business goals into precise, actionable deliverables.

• Lead and facilitate workshops while establishing ownership and governance.

• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and directly oversee selected initiatives when necessary.

• Manage sub-workstreams and specific programs related to integration, separation, transition, and partnership opportunities.

• Oversee project roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and actions.

• Provide senior leadership with visibility into priorities, risks, impacts, decisions, and progress.

• Establish and manage cross-functional working groups and governance forums.

• Develop and execute processes, guidance, and written standards for integration and post-deal activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors or partners to formulate transition strategies and oversee execution.

• Identify, evaluate, mitigate, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Lead or assist in issue management, CAPA development/responses, and change control activities.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for study delivery and integration/separation activities.

• Travel selectively to support key integration efforts, with potential face-to-face interactions required during initial integration stages.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a scientific, business, or related field.

• Extensive project or program management experience, preferably within a complex global organization.

• Demonstrated ability to manage high-priority projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and tight deadlines.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders.

• Ability to influence within a matrix organization and drive results without direct authority.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex dependencies, risks, and issues.

• Background in managing vendors, CROs, external partners, or other third parties.

• Ability to promote process improvements and establish structured workflows.

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to translate complex information into clear plans and actions.

• Preferred: experience within Clinical Operations, clinical development, clinical study delivery, or the broader life sciences sector.

• Preferred: experience supporting business development, integration, separation, divestment, transition, or partnership initiatives.

• Preferred: experience in developing written standards, processes, guidance, or operating models.

• Preferred: experience in project management consulting, transformation, global process ownership, or similar consulting environments.

• Preferred: understanding of clinical trial processes and study delivery.
