This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Facilitate and spearhead workstreams, fostering engaging and collaborative environments for experts.

• Cultivate relationships with members and tailor engagement strategies to accommodate diverse perspectives.

• Steer projects from conception to impactful outcomes.

• Organize activities, oversee timelines, and keep workstream objectives on track.

• Translate intricate discussions into industry guidance, publications, business cases, proof of concepts, and conference presentations.

• Lead both virtual and in-person events.

• Recognize emerging challenges through engagement data and member feedback.

• Take proactive measures when groups begin to lose momentum.

• Articulate the value and impact of BioPhorum’s collaborative model.

• Work in conjunction with colleagues across BioPhorum to exchange insights and enhance working practices.

• Ensure a consistent One BioPhorum experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing projects, programs, or change initiatives.

• A background in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, CDMO, or consulting.

• Proficiency in facilitating groups effectively and guiding individuals through differing opinions or conflicting priorities.

• Capability to establish credibility and foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.

• Skill in posing effective questions and translating complex discussions into clear, actionable results.

• Ability to convey complicated topics in simple, accessible terms.

• Competence in structuring projects, managing timelines, and sustaining momentum.

• Sound judgment and decision-making grounded in available information.

• Adaptability to modify approaches in response to changing circumstances and work iteratively.

• A collaborative mindset and receptiveness to constructive feedback.

• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, growing organization with shifting priorities.
