This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop and sustain demand forecasts for designated product categories
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Oversee inventory levels and replenishment strategies to achieve service level objectives while minimizing surplus or obsolete stock
• Identify areas for enhancing procurement processes, reducing lead times, and increasing supply chain visibility
• Analyze historical data, track KPIs, and suggest process enhancements
• Create and oversee purchase orders for both direct and indirect materials
• Collaborate with suppliers or internal manufacturing facilities to expedite or rearrange orders
• Maintain material master data within ERP systems
• Assist with supplier onboarding, performance assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Act as the primary procurement liaison for assigned suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service level agreements
• Work with suppliers to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain supplier performance metrics and scorecards
• Coordinate planning, procurement, and materials management activities across Revvity's global network
• Provide visibility and reporting on supply chain KPIs, inventory status, and procurement performance
• Support strategic sourcing strategies and category management plans
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives utilizing SAP, Power BI, and advanced analytics
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging supply chain technologies
• Engage in continuous learning and training programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share knowledge to promote operational excellence
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related discipline
• 5-8 years of experience in a Buyer, Planner, or Procurement position, ideally in a global, multi-site setting
• Demonstrated success in driving supply chain optimization and process improvements
• Experience in the life sciences, diagnostics, or medical device sectors is highly preferred
• Proficient in SAP ERP (or similar ERP system) for procurement, materials management, and reporting
• Skilled in data analysis, forecasting, and KPI management using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL
• Understanding of supply chain planning methodologies (e.g., MRP, S&OP, Lean, Six Sigma)
• Familiarity with digital supply chain technologies (e.g., automation, AI/ML, IoT) is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
