This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Ensure a seamless supply chain by managing material requirements planning and scheduling.

• Proactively address potential supply challenges before they impact production.

• Enhance supplier performance, working capital, and purchasing value within Mobile Crushing & Screening.

• Generate purchase orders aligned with demand while ensuring favorable commercial terms.

• Identify and address actual and potential shortages, taking corrective actions and expediting orders as necessary.

• Oversee a portfolio of suppliers and execute improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate design modifications and custom parts, including specifications, pricing, ordering, and delivery logistics.

• Maintain precise procurement data and collect internal feedback on supplier quality and delivery metrics.

• Assist in sourcing efforts and procurement projects aimed at enhancing value, pricing, and supply consistency.

• Report directly to the Operative Buyer Team Leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a purchasing role within a manufacturing setting.

• Familiarity with MRP systems.

• Proven track record of monitoring supplier performance against established KPIs.

• Strong planning, time management, and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Capacity to manage shifting priorities and meet demanding deadlines.

• A CIPS Level 3 Certificate in Procurement & Supply Operations, or equivalent experience, is preferred.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with sourcing, procurement, finance, and logistics stakeholders.

• Submission of a resume and cover letter in English is required for application.
