This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Oversee global key accounts and cultivate relationships with essential personnel.
• Ensure that internal teams deliver exceptional customer service to global hyperscale accounts.
• Track incoming orders and guarantee efficient fulfillment.
• Conduct regular monthly meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve account-related queries and issues by collaborating with operations, product management, and leadership.
• Manage accounts through both internal and external communication while adhering to channel engagement rules.
• Develop account business plans, quarterly business reports, marketing strategies, sales objectives, and forecasts.
• Provide senior management with updates on the status and performance of customer accounts.
• Anticipate sales and work with internal teams to ensure product availability.
• Keep customer records and sales transactions updated in Salesforce CRM.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding order statuses, shipping dates, inventory availability, quotes, and sales orders.
• Support Global Account Managers in making strategic decisions for direct sales to major customers and resellers.
• Analyze key accounts and significant opportunities, focusing on revenue, product usage, delivery, and product performance.
• Evaluate, clarify, and confirm customer needs.
• Communicate inventory and product forecasting requirements during sales and operations meetings.
• Train and guide Inside Sales Representatives and Sales Support staff.
• Meet or surpass assigned sales quotas and goals.
• Complete necessary training and stay updated with new features and product launches.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with a focus in Business or a related field is preferred; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
• At least 7 years of advanced support sales or inside sales experience in the information technology sector; experience in the data center industry is preferred.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to communicate efficiently across all levels and functional groups.
• Effective listening skills and ability to validate information.
• Ability to collaborate successfully in a team-oriented environment.
• Solid business acumen and understanding of various business functions.
• Must be willing to travel up to 4 times a year.
• Ability to travel once a month for face-to-face meetings.
