This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to clients with a postpaid plan from another provider.

• Encourage them to switch to Claro by presenting promotions and enhanced benefits.

• Handle calls from postpaid customers and facilitate portability sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in sales.

• Completed secondary education.

• Must have a PC/LAPTOP.

• Wired internet connection is required.

• Operating system must be Windows 10 or 11.

• Processor must be Core i3, 5th generation.

• Minimum of 8GB RAM.

• Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps.

• USB headset is necessary.

• Camera must be activated during training (mandatory).
