This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Management of assigned projects and/or cases
• Compliance with the overall company procedures
• Implementing call center programs and offering telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding organizations
• Administering and adhering to case management protocols, which include clinical monitoring, data collection, patient follow-up, compliance, therapy interruption/discontinuation monitoring, adverse event reporting, and coordination with primary healthcare providers
• Executing market research initiatives related to pharmaceuticals and biotechnology
• Making a substantial number of outbound calls for patient programs
• Documenting each activity in the program-specific database
• Engaging in continuous refresher and specialized training
• Providing feedback on protocols, databases, processes, and inter-departmental interactions
• Communicating case management information during planned absences
• Assisting in training new caseworkers, which includes shadowing and call monitoring
• Reporting all adverse events to the designated departments
• Carrying out other duties and tasks as needed
• General education in fields such as business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocations, typically obtained through the completion of a two-year associate degree program or an equivalent combination of experience and education
• A minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience
• Bilingual (French/English) is required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the medical and pharmaceutical sector is advantageous
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Advanced knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry
• Familiarity with automated warehouse operating systems
• Strong business and financial insight
• Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities
• Proficient in effective oral and written communication
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
• Effective organizational skills
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines
• Excellent presentation skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office programs
• The successful candidate may have daily interactions with unilingual English-speaking customers, patients, or peers from cross-functional teams.
