This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver remote web-based and telephone education and training regarding disease states and products to designated patients and their care partners.
• Offer culturally sensitive education, training, and assistance to patients, caregivers, and care partners who speak English and Spanish.
• Conduct in-person training when business needs allow.
• Aid in the design and creation of educational resources and programs related to therapeutic areas.
• Identify, support, and convey unique educational opportunities associated with relevant products.
• Share clinical insights with leadership.
• Contribute clinical perspectives to enhance both short- and long-term program offerings.
• Perform outbound support for medication adherence.
• Enroll patients and caregivers in educational seminars.
• Provide information on local community resources and care centers.
• Maintain quality and customer service while following prescribed talking points or scripts.
• Utilize live video conferencing software and client-specific websites.
• Employ only approved materials from Inizio Engage or clients.
• Complete necessary training courses and competency assessments.
• Foster and strengthen relationships with key customers.
• Travel overnight as necessary.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• A current Registered Nurse license for US healthcare professionals is mandatory.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, in both written and verbal forms, is essential.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex clinical and healthcare information in both languages.
• Willingness to travel within the US, including overnight stays.
• A minimum of 3 years of combined clinical experience and/or experience in pharmaceutical sales, clinical education, or medical affairs is required.
• Experience in a remote setting managing patient interactions is essential.
• A valid Driver’s License and a satisfactory driving record are required.
• Strong and professional communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a pleasant telephone demeanor and clear speaking voice.
• Proficient with Call Center Telephone Technology.
• Proven organizational skills.
