German-Speaking Telesales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Conduct high-volume outbound calling campaigns targeting self-employed agents, brokers, and real estate professionals.

• Present the partnership model with clarity and confidence.

• Address objections in real-time during calls.

• Assess prospect interest and facilitate progression to the next stage.

• Strive to meet monthly call and conversion objectives.

• Accurately record call outcomes and subsequent steps in the CRM system.

• Communicate patterns and insights gathered from calls to the team.

• Adhere to data protection regulations, compliance standards, and calling protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in German is essential; all calls will be conducted in this language.

• Previous experience in outbound sales or telesales is necessary, preferably in B2B phone acquisition or partner acquisition.

• Ideally possess a background in financial services, insurance, real estate, mortgage financing, energy, or telecommunications.

• Comfortable engaging with independent sales representatives, managing directors, and sales leaders.

• A motivated, resilient communicator who thrives on working towards targets.

• Strong skills in handling objections and maintaining consistent, disciplined follow-up.

• Familiarity with structured CRM documentation and a commitment to high data quality standards.

• Availability during core hours, 9:00–17:00 CET, Monday to Friday.

• Must reside in an EU member state; the position is open only to candidates living within the European Union and cannot be performed from Germany.
