German Speaking Sustainability Climate Tech Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive consulting projects for enterprise clients concerning Corporate Carbon Footprints (CCF), Product Carbon Footprints (PCF), and Net-Zero strategies utilizing our proprietary software platform.

• Analyze client sustainability and corporate data to produce precise CCF/PCF calculations.

• Assess AI-generated software outputs, including matching emission factors and conducting reviews.

• Enhance and redesign CCF delivery frameworks and workflows to promote scalability.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.

• Improve help documentation and communication channels.

• Develop scalable knowledge resources for clients.

• Present clear, engaging, and impactful presentations and case studies during executive meetings with clients.

• Convert client feedback into actionable enhancements for the platform in partnership with product teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent German (C2 level) is essential.

• Proficient English (C1/C2) is necessary.

• At least 2 years of practical experience in sustainability consulting or a corporate sustainability role.

• Strong emphasis on Corporate Carbon Footprints (CCF), Product Carbon Footprints (PCF), or Life Cycle Assessments (LCA).

• Demonstrated success in conducting and implementing carbon footprint calculations.

• A proactive builder mindset and readiness to manage operational tasks while developing scalable systems.

• Outstanding project management skills.

• Clear, structured, and engaging communication style.

• Experience with mid-market or enterprise-level corporations is advantageous.

• Background in Climate Tech, Clean-Tech SaaS, retail, or sustainability projects in the food industry is beneficial.

• Familiarity with creating customer enablement materials or utilizing process automation tools is a plus.
