German-Speaking Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kosovo.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming customer queries, primarily via phone, ensuring a professional customer experience.

• Address written customer inquiries during designated service hours.

• Assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments related to installation services.

• Provide initial guidance on basic questions regarding smoke detectors.

• Assist with billing inquiries and clarify invoice details.

• Help customers navigate the customer portal and answer related questions.

• Coordinate appointments for meter readings.

• Address general service-related customer inquiries.

• Deliver exceptional customer service without engaging in sales or outbound activities.

• Support property management companies and tenants with energy and property-related services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level or fluent German (C1/C2) proficiency in both spoken and written communication.

• Previous experience in telephone customer service or a strong desire to work in inbound customer support.

• A stable internet connection and reliable power supply for remote work (speed test required).

• Proficient in using PCs and digital communication tools.

• Patient, service-oriented individual with effective and structured communication skills.

• Dependable working style and the ability to learn swiftly.

• Willingness to manage written customer inquiries as well.

• Interest in a long-term customer service role (no inclination towards sales projects).
