German Speaker, Career Starter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to German-speaking clients through phone, chat, and/or email.

• Address inquiries related to accounts, billing, products, and technical issues.

• Aid customers in resolving challenges while ensuring a positive experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German at a C1 level or higher.

• Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher.

• Comfortable with computers and digital platforms.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Previous customer service experience is not mandatory.

• Welcoming applications from recent graduates and individuals in the early stages of their careers.
