German / English Customer Support Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service for global consumer electronics and e-commerce firms.

• Engage with customers through email, live chat, social media, and phone communications.

• Calmly resolve customer issues and offer assistance as required.

• Take part in guided training sessions to enhance and develop customer support capabilities.

• Collaborate as a member of a large, international team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in German at an advanced level (C1 minimum).

• Proficiency in English at an intermediate level (B2 minimum).

• A keen interest in e-commerce, consumer electronics, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Willingness to embrace new technologies and products.

• Quick learner who demonstrates initiative and excels in troubleshooting.

• A dedicated, quiet workspace situated within your home.

• Minimum internet speed of 15 Mb/s for downloads and uploads, with international latency under 120ms.

• At least 8 GB of RAM.

• 64-bit Windows 11 or a newer version (excluding Windows S mode), or macOS 13 or newer.

• Intel Core i5-8300H or equivalent/similar processor.

• Integrated graphics card.

• A smartphone for two-factor authentication, operating Android 10.0 or newer, or Apple iOS 16.0 or newer.
