• Consistently categorize content according to specified criteria.

• Evaluate sensitive and potentially dual-use information.

• Identify instances that require careful judgement.

• Adhere to project guidelines meticulously in ambiguous situations.

• Detect adversarial language and escalation trends.

• Recognize attempts to bypass established safeguards.

• Assess how phrasing and conversational context influence meaning.

• Clearly flag relevant concerns.

• Differentiate between various levels and types of sensitive content.

• Judge whether German-language content is natural and contextually fitting.

• Utilize cultural knowledge when interpreting wording, tone, and implied meaning.

• Identify linguistic ambiguities that may impact classification.

• Recognize distinctions between literal wording and likely practical intent.

• Maintain consistent standards across diverse German-language content.

• Provide clear rationales backing evaluation decisions.

• Document the reasons why specific prompts or conversations fulfill defined criteria.

• Apply guidelines consistently while exercising professional judgement.

• Clearly communicate nuanced decisions in written English when necessary.

• Uphold strong attention to detail throughout repeated review tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in German.

• Business-level written English skills.

• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in progress.

• Strong written reasoning abilities and analytical judgement.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Sound judgement in handling sensitive or dual-use information.

• Comfortable applying structured guidelines to ambiguous content.

• Previous experience in AI or machine learning is not mandatory.

• Experience in reviewing, grading, or evaluating written or technical content is beneficial.

• A background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, red teaming, or adversarial testing is advantageous.

• Candidates located in Germany or broader Western Europe are especially encouraged to apply, though applicants from other regions are also welcome.

• Work must be conducted without utilizing any confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party.
