GenAI Safety Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluating various content violations to safeguard Generative AI tools

• Working in collaboration with specialists in areas such as Hate Speech, Misinformation, Intellectual Property, and Copyright

• Crafting adversarial prompts to uncover vulnerabilities in AI models

• Supervising data management to ensure the utmost quality of results

• Overseeing projects from inception to completion, including planning, quality assurance, and final delivery

• Managing large datasets across different languages and types of abuse

• Continuously researching new strategies to bypass safety measures of foundational models

• Fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and ongoing learning within the team

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in AI Safety and/or Responsible AI and/or Trust and Safety

• Knowledge of current Generative AI models and agents is crucial, although direct technical experience is not mandatory

• Proficiency in English at a near-native level

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively

• Experience with various model types (Text-to-Text, Text-to-Image) is a plus

• Previous experience with OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) will be regarded as an advantage

• A proactive mindset, with the drive to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment
