GenAI Consultant – SAP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Delivery Leads and Champions to grasp project challenges, formulate the adoption strategy, and identify areas where the AI Advanced Assets team can contribute.

• Convert Delivery challenges into innovative approaches.

• Create functional solutions leveraging GenAI.

• Mentor Consultants.

• Monitor outcomes.

• Ensure that adoption leads to enhanced productivity and quality.

• Employ a proactive, communicative, collaborative, and autonomous method to discover effective and creative solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of and experience with Generative AI.

• Experience with any SAP module, excluding HR.

• Understanding of LLMs and Prompt Engineering.

• Familiarity with Agents, Automation, RAG, Ontologies, and Human-in-the-Loop.

• Capacity to independently explore new tools and methodologies.

• Comfortable providing training, demonstrations, and practical guidance.

• Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to identify repetitive, manual, or inefficient tasks that can be enhanced through AI or automation.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to collaborate with other Consultants, Champions, and technical teams.

• Analytical mindset and a systems-oriented viewpoint.

• Clear and objective communication style.

• Collaborative spirit.

• Strong sense of technical ownership, overseeing the entire delivery lifecycle.

• Adaptability to maintain quality in dynamic environments and shifting priorities.
