Gen AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Generative AI solutions for business and enterprise applications.

• Construct and enhance RAG pipelines utilizing LLMs and enterprise data sources.

• Create Agentic AI solutions that possess autonomous reasoning, planning, decision-making, and tool utilization capabilities.

• Architect and execute AI agents and multi-agent workflows tailored for intricate business processes.

• Integrate LLMs with both structured and unstructured enterprise data.

• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, and business teams to identify and cultivate AI use cases.

• Develop APIs and backend services that support GenAI applications and products.

• Assess, fine-tune, and enhance LLM performance with respect to accuracy, relevance, latency, and scalability.

• Implement vector search, embeddings, and semantic retrieval solutions.

• Ensure that GenAI applications adhere to security, governance, scalability, and responsible AI best practices.

• Take ownership of the complete delivery process for GenAI projects, from solution design to production deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–15 years of overall IT experience.

• Prior experience as a Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or Python Developer.

• Proficient hands-on programming experience in Python.

• Practical experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Strong hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Extensive practical experience with Agentic AI.

• Significant practical experience with AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems.

• Demonstrated practical experience with Prompt Engineering.

• Proven practical experience with Embeddings and Semantic Search.

• Strong practical experience with Vector Databases.

• Familiarity with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar.

• Experience with LLMs like OpenAI GPT models, Claude, Llama, Gemini, or other open-source/commercial models.

• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, Milvus, or similar.

• Strong understanding of data processing, data pipelines, APIs, and databases.

• Experience in deploying AI/ML or GenAI applications in production environments.

• Knowledge of cloud AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, or similar is preferred.

• Must have successfully delivered at least 3–5 Generative AI-based projects or products.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in building and deploying RAG-based applications.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Agentic AI or AI Agent workflows.

• Strong data background with prior experience in Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, or Python Development.
